Premium got deducted twice thru on line portal transaction

I’d paid the premium Rs.7, 538.00 against policy no.562362854 (KM.PRIYANCEE A/S SWEETY) with your on line payment gateway but due to some software problem, amount has been cut twice a time from SBI bank and not refunded by now.

(Ref: MSBI0810695793IG03786299 transfer to 10892939787 & MSBI0810694755IG03786051 -10892939787 Tr. No. : PR0077663600010809)) from my saving account dated 06/10 at 18:55:15 hr.

Kindly look into matter at the earliest possiible.
