Poor quality of product and after sales service

Hi All

I purchased one Koryo Microwave Grill machine from Hometown Hyderabad on 04/09. Within a few days of purchase the machine started giving troubles. After lodging complaint for 3 times one person (not sure whether that person was an authorized person, as none of the mechanics carry their Company ID card and you cannot ensure whether authorized company personnel is repairing your machine) came and tried to repair the machine. But that person failed to repair!! therefore, I had to ask the Uppal service centre for another mechanic and from that point of time they started showing temper as if they were doing a favour to me. After 2 weeks of constant follow up, finally one person came and repaired the machine (!!!) After a month or so, the Grill machine stopped working. Again after a long follow up even with the Call centre (E-care)!!! one person finally came and declared the machine non-repairable as it had a manufacturing defect, but all of a sudden after talking to the Service Centre manager he changed his mind and said that the customer should request the Service Centre Manager for a replacement or further repair. When we did so, the Manager started behaving like the MD of Home Solutions retail Limited and we felt like street beggars begging for 1 Rupee. The manager developed some new warranty clauses on his own like the customer should take the Microwave Machine (have you ever heard of that???) to the service centre to get it repaired and must pay for the cost of the spare parts and although the machine had a manufacturing defect, we should not ask for a replacement! Even the call centre personnel tried to convince us in the line of the manager, and above all they don't have any supervisors. I tried to reach to the supervisors but most of the time I found them to be out of office (God knows what they supervise during office time by not staying in office). After 2-3 days the manager stopped receiving my calls and only when I wrote a mail to the H.O, I got some response from him. He started playing new tricks by sending mechanics who are not capable of repairing the machine at very inconvenient times (like 10 p.m. in the night) also not informing me in advance about the mechanics visit and forcing us to write satisfactory comments even though the mechanic did no repairing job. Now, the machine has even stopped its normal functions like normal microwaving and has become a piece of costly junk. Till date I am following up with the H.O. regarding the same and considering a legal step against the company.

I would like to request/advice all of you, never go for Koryo products, the products might be cheap and might look attractive, but buying the same would mean buying lottery tickets, literally!!!
