1.5 TON SPLIT AC
Terrible service

This split AC is only two years old. There was an unusual noise from fan of the AC. A complaint filed on 12th April and complaint no is DL0410013321. Technician came two days later on 14th April. To my horror, power card had gone faulty and also the fan motor. I am shoked at the reliability of the whirlpool product to get such faults in a span of just two seasons.

Since 14th till today (19th April) there is no call from customer care about rectification. I have again lodged the complaint with customer care and they have said that the mater will be looked into.

I am sure whirlpool will lose its customers very soon with this kind of customer service.
