The person in KPN Gundy Chennai should be awarded “Best among the worst” . He seems to be too brilliant. When I called him (044-22500811) by 11am and enquired about bike he asked me to call back by 4. When I called him by 4 PM he doesn’t pick. What a planning. I tried him continuously for 1.5 hrs. Got frustrated and called Coimbatore office they said it is delivered. When asked about office timing I got a reply “Chennai we don’t know”. Still I don’t want to take chances against this brilliant guy. So tried his number again. What to expect? He doesn’t pick. Finally he picked the call at 5.30 PM. Should have checked his eardrums in meantime. As soon as I asked about bike he rudely replied “Can you come before 6?.. as I don’t have a flight neither a knew a pilot I said no. “After after 9” he replied and cut the call. I am simply flattered by his politeness and customer care. He exactly spoke like a drunken bully threatening for money. Have to meet this MR. Gentleman tomorrow. Hope he will deliver my bike if he likes me. I should behave properly.
