Not confirming the delivery of Dezire (ZDI)

Sir,

This is our third reminder regarding not providing Dezire ZDI even after making payments and waiting almost 7 months. Since the above said model was booked on 22/7 and we have already paid first installment to HDFC Bank from where the loan has been taken. It's a matter of great sorrow that company has not given any response to our complaint. We still do not know the clear position that when we will be getting our car.

So you are requested that persue this matter immidiately and intimate us about the delivery of car. So that we should not think about any other option.
