Money refund

Hello,

I got an sma from baywatch resorts - goa stating I was selected for a 3n/4d free stay with them and have to pay only the food package. I opted for the same and paid the money through IVR. H/ever, Im unable to go there and hence I have asked them to cancel my booking on phone and mail but now strangely they are not responding.

Can u suggest me some mail id's to where I should send so that they refund my money back
