for their customers and thinks that they are the king and customers are fool.
This time I am going to share the experience faced by the packer and mover named: KRISHNA MOVER AND PACKERS PVT LTD.
I am mentioning the address and last 5 digits of the phone number to make sure that none other of the fellow members should get into trapped by their service. Also the reason for giving the phone numbers so that None other mover packer with the same name should be hampered.

I have to shift my home articles to Balliguda Orissa from Bharuch and hence I have floated for quoation through Net and One of their representatve called Mr. Ahsok Sharma (Mobile 937XX XX974) has came for inspection and given the quotation of Rs.22000 and has assured me that the material will be dispatched from Ankleswar by their own trucks transporting Medicines to Orissa (ARS transport Co) and many a time I was making them to get clear about the location but everytime they were keep on assuring that they are clear about the destination and will take maximum 10 days to deliver.
In the next day Mr. Krishna Sharma has called me and said to lets finalise with 21000 inclusive of all taxes and I have asked categorically said to pay the amount through Cheque and he was aggreed on that.
On 2nd January they came with a truck and 5 persons for packing activities, on the same day also I was making them clear about the destination and they were seems to be very confident of the location,
Upon completion of packing (Which is not very upto the mark, as I have received many of my items in broken condition) they insisted me to pay the money in cash, Now everybody including Mr. Krishan Sharma changed his language that we have never have any discussion on the same and new price will be 22000 Taxes of 10.3%. Now I could understand their style of marketing but as the items were packed and I cannot say no to them I have to keep on make him to recall his words of 21000 Including all taxes.
Finally they have aggreed on the previously decided price and accepted the cheque of 19500 (1500 in Cash). Now they have changed their voice that the material will be loaded from Surat and not from Ankleswar.
Now I have started my journey to orissa on 4th January and on 6th January I have called them to know the status, but Mr. Krishan Sharma has changed the voice that they have never told to deliver the goods within 10days but will take 15-20days and also told me that you may take your money and items back as none of the transporters are willing to take the goods and if so they are asking for 30 to 40, 000. Hope you can imagine my condition on that time, but I dont have any option other than to wait as my money and all my goods are in his custody which I really dont know, either in Surat, Voadodare or in Ankleswar.
On 20th day that is on 22nd January I have again called him and asked me again about the status again Mr. Krishan Sharma has given me the same reply that once something will be finalised then he will let me know. Upon asking him why he has not taken up the matter with the transporter upon the location, he told to increas the money to some more extend.
Upon getting frustrated about his word I have called to Mr. Ashok Sharma and he has confirmed that the material has been dispatched and upon asking for the driver mobile number and Vehicle number he has started avoiding me by not picking up the mobile.
Now on 1st february I have recieved the goods (Exactly after 30days/One month) but I didnot find the 3 items which are also a part of the packing list, that is One dauble bed Mattress, Two Nilkamal Chairs and Most valuable one Big carry suitcase which contains my marriage suit, Mother and wife’s Silk Pattos (those who know, they may be aware of the cost) and a number of Sarees.
Upon asking the driver he has blamed to the packers that they have never loaded the items and the packers blaming that its the fault of the driver.
Now in blaming each other I have lost items of around not less than 25000 just a panelty to trust this packer.
I have taken up this matter with Ahsok Sharma who now never pick up my phone and Mr. Krishan sharma is assuring me to find out the luggage with in 2-3 days of time. Just lets see what will happen. Those who have already in their trap God Krishna or Mr. Krishna can help him and those still deisres to send their valuable items, just be cautious on such service providers.
