Dear Sir, I was book a ticket from KGF to Chennai, On.18.03.12 by 10.30PM bus, when I was alloted seat No.25 Window seat, but when I was seen in the bus the seat No.25 is not a window seat, 24 is window seat.
when I ask the conductor he says that when you are booked is another bus, this is diffrent bus.
how it possible.
I request you to please check the bus, what we are booking in the online, the same to be alloted.
