Ksrtc Online refund
Transaction failed, refund not received

Dear sir,

I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking Awtar cell, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.801. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB1976480 and OB1976587 Date of booking is 29/03. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. My ksrtc login id is santukalpana. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.
