Sheetal a/c KSRTC/ ORDINARY BUS

I booked my tickets on ksrtc sheetal a/c bus on 05/10 from trichy to bangalore on 10/10 with my family @ time bus reaches trichy busstand, (service point starts @pudukotai) bus seems to very ordinary not even like rajahamsa, ksrtc charging fares for sheetal a/c and passengers force to travel in a ordinary buses.

is there any who take care of this???

IF SHEETAL BUSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHY IT'S APPEARING IN THE CHART AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
