I am to inform that my pass port application for renewal was submitted in file no- E101329 dt: 5-9 from pass port office Vijayawada on dt: 5-9.

There on police enquiry was done and the same was sent to pass port office in this no 509/PPF dt: 22-11-08 from the office of police commissioner, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. So far the pass port is not issued.

Please kindly enquire the matter and ensure to send it as early as possible.
