Efund of u.p.s.g.e. money as per they was saying at the time of purchase

Dear sir,

i purchase a TVS scooty[streak] on 07 oct., 09 .i m u.p.g.s.e. so on that time i was not keep my id proof of u.p.g.s.e. So they said me that when i show my id proof they will refund my 1000 RS. [which was for scheme for u.p.s.g.e.]...but i am going there again and again...

but i am not get my money yet... so i m complainting of ktl, chunniganj, kanpur.
