Misgiuded, mis language used

Hello,

I had applied for personal loan the amount is 500000 in fultron bank in 32-Sec near Kuton Country Mall Ludhiana (Punjab). They called me for personal loan and also they picked my all document from my office. Verifivation was also ok that time. But in personal meating me and with fultron bank exicutive.they use very unezucated languaze . my docs are okey, also with the attested govt. bank stamped on my SBI statement. but the exicutive person "told me this is a frod" becoz this is a online statement.

i dont know why he say that becoz my satatement on SBI stamp.

his attitude is very poor.

i dont know why he use the frod word .becoz i dont have any loan for Flutron bank iam not any cheat with the flutron bank, i just alpplied the personal loan in his bank. tahts it.

i wana answer only this thing, why he use the frod word for me self and me docs.

They didnot include this type of criteria in his website, and also they should check first. Why they call me and waste my time if I m not eligible for that?

Please rectify my problem.
