I want to make a complaint against an agency called kumar personal beaureau in lajpat nagar,
the manager's name is manoj with contact number 9313831663, this agency is an expert at fleecing its
customers, about 4 months back i hired a maid from this agency and this agency charged 7 thousand for its comission and in the contract it was mentioned that this would be the registration fee for 1 year and the maid would not leave at any cost for the full year. it so happens that the maid wanted to leave for her village and i was promised by manoj that ther would be a backup for her, its been 2 months now that they have not replaced that maid with any one. the keep promising that the maid woul arrive tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes, i am so sik and tired of their false promises, also they do not want to refund my registration amount of 7 thousand rupees. they have now also started rudely and threateningly and say that they will provide the maid as and when convenient to them. i want someone to please help me out on this my number is 9811446769.
