I have bought a KURLON SDLULTRA 72*30*4 mattress on 11/04 from Shaba Enterprises. After few days from the date of purchase (Bill No 08/08, Dated 11/04, Shaba Enterpeises - indore), the stiching of Matteress got open and the coir is been coming out of it. We have complaint many times to the shop Shaba Enterprises, but every time it ended up with a false promise. Unable to understand when the market has 50 types of different local brands with lower prices, why a customer like me who had paid extra in view of better quality and service is been cheated. A small consumer grivences is not been taken care by your dealer, what is the customer Commitment, why cant i demand a service inspite of payment of full money. Request you to treat this as a offcial complaint and address it on priority. I hope a company like Kurlon Limited must be having some customer friendly policy and will adrees my issue immediately
