Non recieval of lab items

Sir,

with much pain, i would like to inform that my parcels which were sent from chennai, 03 items, i have been told in coonoor that only 02 items have come to coonoor, since it is lab instrments and chemicals i had asked them to atleast deliever those 02 items, but they say that you sign that, delievery note that you have taken all three items from the office.

the above parcel was sent from chennai 08 days back, yet they have no idea about the missing parcel, and i my query that, the so called 02 items have reached coonoor (destination).

and for my bad luck, nobody gives proper reply, they told me to contact salem, there the manager after much of hassle, getting him on line, he simply did not hear and redirected to the reception, in reception they ask the details again and again, it is disgusting, they dont know the urgency, and they refuse to divulge even their M.D 'S phone number.

worst they have a typical way of laugh & anscering, i think god should take care, when i wanted to see thier web site, i saw similiar comnplaints, thus i thought may be i will also make my agoiny noted.
