NO INCOMING CALLS:

I have lodged the captioned COMPLAINT ubder DOCKET NO: B-1804 dated, the 11th July.

Despite repeated subsequent COMPLAINTS, same DOCKET NUMBER is being uttered and no rectification is so far made till to-day, the 25th July.

After getting no ACTIONS so far, I have submitted a WRITTEN COMPLAINT LETTER to this effect on 23rd. July, at Jadavpur Exchange, Kolkata.

BUT ALAS! NO ACTIONS SO FAR.

The position is highly dis-satisfying and disquieting, in nature.

Would your highest AUTHORITY will take IMMEDIATE RECTIFICATION / suitable action with discounting

of the RENTALS, for the periods of FAULTS?
