I took my Hyundai Verna for service to Lakshmi Hyundai and was told that the car needs an additional part and it is not available currently. The service manager asked me to come back in a week. I sent the car with a driver to Lakshmi Hyundai and spoke to the service manager about the work and when it will be completed. He told me that it would be completed by 6 PM. I get a call in the afternoon [1 PM] saying that the part is not available again and I would have to get the vehicle back again. I asked him how come he did not check for the part when the car was brought in and he said that the systems don't come up until noon to check. What a sorry excuse!!! I see no other complaints in the consumer forums for Lakshmi Hyundai, but is this a one off or a repeat!!! The service manager didn't know ABCs of customer service. His lack of commitment to the customer is going to send this company downhill.
