Lalani is a computer peripherals dealer in Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata. Me and my brother bought a cabinet today. When I went to the store, I was being told by the shopkeeper that they had remaining stock of the product i chose to buy, but they insisted on billing first. After billing, we found out that there was no remaining stock product and i was being provided with a cabinet that was in the showroom. The cabinet is not in a good condition and its LED Fan is not working properly. There are scratches on the glass covered part of the cabinet. It was not possible to search and find any problems there because the store was quite full. I dont know how many more problems i will find... still searching
Lalani does this quite often and leave people helpless. Some immediate action must be taken against this computer peripheral dealer.
