No declaration or information available for draw

Dear all,

Here i am going to explain the problem that i have applied in the residential scheme (BHS 11) which was started by GNIDA. According to authority they should declare the draw in May but neither they declared it yet nor any information given on site for delayed. when i call them no one picks the phones. Who will now help us. What should i do now? Please suggest.
