Dear Sir,
My Sister was ill and came to delhi for treatment at Max Hospital New delhi. Doctor has suggested some test and told me to come with report on 21st of April at 6 pm.
Therefore I,
1.Given my blood for test at Lal Path Lab, Cannaught Place, Delhi on 18th April and Report delivery date was 20th April.
2.We went to collect report at the lab but they did not deliver and told us to call tommorrow at 12:30 pm.
3.We called after 12:30 pm on 21st April then they put my call on hold for long time. We tried thrice and talk to the desk exectuve Neha and Niketa.
4.We were been told that call again around 4:30 and able to deliver the report in the evening around 6 pm only.
5.We will fail to meet the doctor on the given timing and will be tough for us to get appointment with the doctor again in convenient timing.
6.We will have to stay in delhi for few days again depends on when we will get appointment with the same doctor.
So, Please do the necessary action on this regards. So that due to negligency, other people will not suffer.
