Telephone problem since jan08--24298140

Since last six month we are facing lot of probleb with our existing land line24298140.It is not functioning, for outgoing call, red light in the hand set become off, if any body from outside make a call then it energise for few minute, & phone become active. It is not possible for us to make it active. So we request you pl look into the matter. We have lodge complaint several time at our Jadavpur Exchange but no parmanent action taken till date.
