I applied for BSNL land line with braod band connection at Nanganallur Telephone Exchange, chennai 600061. I was running from pillar to post on various contact nos... but no one took the responcibility still to drop a solution... 22241000, 22240123, 22241111 (JE).

Kindly throw some light on this...
