Telephone Relocation in Baner pending since last 6 months

I have applied to relocate my landline connection from ShivajiNagar to Baner in Pune. Now it is almost 6 months I have not received the reconnection. Whenever I have contacted the officials at Baner exchange, they promise me to provide the connection in a day or two but never turned up. Seems that BSNL does not care to about customer complaints and wants to boost business of some other private companies like AirTel and Tata Indicom.

Now I think GOD only knows when I will get the landline connectin.
