In my Bill No. T040920091985937Y dtd.04-09-09 for Land Line, metered calls shown 321, but in

another way Gross calls shown 14413, accordingly bill amount Rs.18150/- sent, which is not under stood. Not only that for my EV-DO, bill amount sent for Rs.2175/- vide BillNo. T040920091982291

dtd 04-09-09, wherein if EV-DO purchased from BSNL, then monthly bill will be imposed for Rs.550/- & taxes will be extra.
