Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that how much trouble i am facing because of your B.S.N.L staff, Karnal. After giving a written letter for shiffting our land line no (0184-2282959) to our new house address there was no action took place by the staff.
But their computer shows the telephone was shiffted on dated 05/04/08 .when i saw there was no response after giving my written letter and lots of verbal informations for shiffting the phone, I DECIDED TO DISCONNECT IT. then i again went there & gave them a closure form to disconnect it 20 days back.
When after 10 days there was no action took place, I went to S.D.O He has written my complaint dated on 19/05/08 in their complaint register & ensured me that he will get it diconnected with in 3 days, but again I found the same result till date (29/05/08)
so sir please reply me that who is responsible for it and how can I pay the bill when I am not using your services (since the month of april) due to inconvenient behaviour of your staff.
Sir, you please tell me that is this only way to show APNAPAN with the loyal customer of B.S.N.L.
