Landline Connection out of orde

The landline connection goes out of order about 10 times between the period from 26.8.09 to 14.11.09.

The latest Docket no is 539937. No serious effort has been taken by Local Ashoknagar / BSNL/Ranchi to rrectify the fault. The telephone is almost out of order since last two months and the telephone set is a showpiece now.

I reside in the house with my 80 year old husband and I am almost cut-off from my children who are away.

Pl. take remedial action at the earliest.
