Phone dead for the last three month

Our phone no. 2340130 is not working for the last three months, I got complaints done at 1500 no. 36587, grgb67144 grgb 67299. I had written letter to GM Gurgaon also but GM is not at all bothered. Will Chairamn of BSNL will llook into the service they provideing .. Anil Sharma
