Land line phone
Phone not working

Dear Sir,

I have a peculiar complaint on my land line, it does not work from morning till about 10.00 am.

dial tone is available but there is no call possible.

only incoming calls work.

when given a complaint on 198 we get absurd answers that you have to surrender this number and apply for new number.

cam you please help in this matter.
