WRONG GUIDENCE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

SIR MY AIRTEL LANDLINE NO 080-41529009 WHERE I HAD A PARELLEL RINGING 1 YEAR BACK BY PAYING A RENTAL OF RS 49 PER MONTH UNLIMITED CALLS TO PARALLEL LINE, BUT ON 1/10 I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM [email protected] SAYING THAT THEY HAVE WITHDRAWN OLDER PACKAGE OF UNLIMITED CALLS TO ONLY 50 FREE CALLS AFTER THAT IT WILL BE CHARGED AS PER PLAN. I DISCONTINUED IT.

BUT NOW I AM FINDING THAT THE OLD CUSTOMER WHO HAVE NOT DISCONTINUED ARE ENJOYING THE SAME OLDER BENEFIT ON UNLIMITED CALLS & ARE NOT CHARGED AFTER 50 CALLS, WHY THEY GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ON IT, OR WHERE IT WAS A TRUE MAIL WHY THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED THE CUSTOMER AFTER 50 PULSES,

PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THIS MATTER & LET ME KNOW WHY THIS THING HAPPEN.
