I had applied for change of plan from Classic to India One vide my letter dtd.15.11.07, handed over to your representative mr narendra tiwari (9893625550) on the same day. the application was also drafted as per his dictation.
since then mr tiwari has delivered me nothing except false assurances.
kindly look into the matter and change my plan as requested.
