Land line telephone fault
Change of instrument

Dear Sir,

I am having bsnl land line telephone No.040-23299466 and using it since 1992 Feb. Now I am not hearing any phone call when I was lift the receiver otherwise it will ring normally I have already booked complaint long back i.e., 10 days back on Ph No.198 but it was not rectified so far I am getting trouble I request you kindly to re[place the old telephone with new one that said phone is having incoming number will display. SORRY I SHOULD NOT GIVE TROUBLE TO YOU BUT THERE IS NO OTHER GO LEFT TO APPROACH YOU SIR BECAUSE NO TAKEN HAS BEEN TAKEN IN THIS REGARD SO FAR SINCE 10 days.
