Bought a Premium Iphone case, which had a default in its make and broke within a month

I bought an iphone case from Landmark store owned by the Tatas at Banjara Hills. It was priced at rs 700/- whereas the other caseds where available for Rs 100-200; This case had a design default which caused brokeage and the seller refuses to exchange it.
