Land phone not working

Sir,

I am Sajan KN a land phone customer in Mammood Exchange and my land phone (0481-2472581) was not working in the last three weeks. I reported this in the Mammood exchange in three times in phone no.0481-2473000 and and also register the complaint through your fault booking number of 198 and its confirmation number was OC 5022.Till date the coimplaint was not rectified.

So i request you to rectify the complaint at your earliest.
