I have purchased Toshiba Satellite Laptops Model: M200 in July'07, After 2 Months I found key problem in this laptop, but due to lack of time I managed to work with it as it is, After that I have shown this Laptop in Sec-8 Noida Toshiba Service Center. There I met With Aparna and after a checking by their engineers they said that the Machine is repaired hand to hand now all the keys are working properly. But after that it again did the same problem, but as I am a professional dont get time to go regularly on your service center, this time I had shown the Laptop in Meerut service center opp. Medical college to Mr. Abin, they said the problem is genuine and we will replace the keyboard within the week and recieved my warranty card on 28-Jan'08. The thing is the behaviour of your executive is not at all satisfactory. They dont behave us like customers and I thing Toshiba is a good brand around the world for which I have spent 65, 000/- bugs, I didn't find anything like the brand name in your company. please Now I request you to get it's keyboard replaced as soon as possible. Its a very tuff situation for anyone after spending a big amount of money in a product it starts malfunctioning and he won't get services with his vendor...!
