When I registered the case I got quotation from your side against that I submitted invoice xerox copy personally at your service center Sakinaka
I have been assured from your people that I will be intimated once the parts reach
Till the date I did not receive any call from your side.
At last I called before two days
Now you people are saying that case is closed and I have to open new case which will be out of warranty and i will be charged for this
I felt like cheated by you
I faced following problem
1) No one is picking phone
2) Concern person is always not at his desk
3) No update from service center
4) Only interested in selling extended warranty not in service
I think your service center is made only for earning money not for giving service
I have to see consumer court if my case is not considered on priority
