About Maintaince of co-op society

Hi,

I am Purchase a flat in Dombivali (E), The Society is Regiastered. There is a problem about society Maintaince. I am purchase the said above flat in November but society charge me last two years maintaince for the same, because the said flat is under the builder from last two years. I directly purchase from Builder. Shall I liable to pay the maintaince for last two years. and also tell me who shall liable for the maintaince charges about said flat.
