Auto Driver refusing to ply

Dear Sir,

I had just come out of KANJURMARG STATION (W), when I saw this vacant Auto standing at that place. I wanted to go to Powai., and I told him that. He blatantly refused without even giving us a reason and told us to search for another rickshaw. But he happily agreed to take another passenger who wanted to go to a place of his liking, and sped off, leaving us stranded. The rickshaw's number was MH03 M4297. It was 08.00am on 03th Aug. I request you to please take stirn action against him,
