L&T is a well known Indian Brand in whole world.

All of its branches are recruiting college students as trainees for apprentiship & these students are trained under BTC (Basic Training Center) and are then sent to the respective departments.

But the managers in BTC try to harress these trainees by treating them worst than a prisoner.

I dont have words to say, but feel what they do with small students... Most of them are just 18-.

Mr. Karnik, Mr. George etc are the harrasing officers.
