Our LAN no is 021405002902.Loan amt was sanctioned & information reached ud vide ur letter 33464 dtd 18.03.08 only on 20.03.08 & on same day I called on yr branch in Gomati Nagar to withdraw money from current a/c no 021405002902. Bank Statement for march for this a/c shows interest from 04.03.08 to 31.03.08 & amt is Rs 6891.
How can you charge interest for above period of 27 days when we have been sanctioned loan only on 18.03.8 & amount has been drawn on 20.03.08 which means a period of eleven days only. Please explain & correct this discrepenc
I have not been informed till this day re procedure for repayment of loan amt/interest. My E'mail ID, mob no /Land line nos hv been provided in the form & yet no information comes in time. Pl note that yr toll free no is busy all the time & being senior citizens, it is not possible for us to run around seeking information fron your offices. I look fwd to yr reply asap
