Deutsche Bank Credit Card

I am fed up with the serices of Deutsche Bank as there is no one to hear my problems. Even the communication with Nodal Officer Mr. Manoj Naik also proved useless. Mr Manoj Naik assured me for solution and new card but all balls are from the same court. Still no action. It has been more than three months and the issue is still unresolved.
