DEFECTED UNIT

We had bought split a.c. 2 Ton vide invoice no. 864 dated 16.08.2007 from M/S A.G. engineering, B-60, Nehru ground, Faridabad. Since installation the a.c. has been functioning erractically & delivering very low cooling or no cooling. we are really harrased by the company for not providing good service at subsequent time interval. I have all the proof & history of the a.c. since installation. the complete history of the a.c. is given below right from purchase to till date.
