Dear Sir,

I registered a complaint on 06-06 in LG Customer Care. My Request Code No is: N8C60605286. PC is Flatron 17" Totally Dead and it is under Warranty. I said to customer care it is very urgent and treat it as High priority request.

On that day itself i receive a call from LG concerned Person but he did reported on the said date.

We r software company in Gurgaon and our work is suffering from last 5 days.

This matters lies with LG Credibility and its reputation. I also received a no. from customer care of Ms. Shraddha Branch Head-Gurgaon but she is not picking the phone.

I don't know how LG is rendering its services.
