Sub:-Replacement of Defective LCD.
This is in reference to selling of defective LCD to me.
With lot of enthusiasm for watching IPL cricket matches with the family, I purchased the LCD model no. LCD-HYU-19-LCDN HLT 1910-SXGA of Hyundai Electronics Limited from the NEXT Retail outlet situated at Sion for Rs.9, 990/- on 15th April. The bill of the same has been attached herewith.
However all the happiness had been ruined because of supply of defective LCD of aforesaid description. The LCD is completely non operational since 29th May’09. With intention to get the LCD repaired or replaced, I had contacted at Hyundai Customer Care Centre and Next Sion outlet. However at both places I had received disappointing response rather their was complete careless approach towards my case by NEXT Sion Outlet and Hyundai Electronics Service Centre.
This improper after sale services not only has caused me financial losses but also mental harassment. The promise of replacement has been broken. The warranty card has given least importance by the Company and the dealer.
In the circumstances, you are requested to replace the aforesaid LCD within 3 days from receipt of this mail else I would initiate appropriate legal action in this regard.
