After 16 th day of LG Window AC purchase Model No. LWA5GW1AM1 it has dead and After several calls to LG call centre and mailed to LG service center and various concern person for resolving the same Company had responded after 21 day of the complain lunched. After 3 visit by company authorised engineer still problem has not been resolved today on 9th of May it is 25th day when the AC is not working I think it is some manufacturing defect. Due to negligence and faulty product of LG, me and my family is suffering in this summer session.
Purchase Date of the Product: 9 th April
Date of AC Dead : 25 th April
First Call on : 26 April for complain for AC dead. And after that made several calls to customer service centre.
Visit from LG service centre : 7 th May one time & 9th April two time but still they couldn’t resolved the problem I think it is manufacturing defect.
In this situation company should take proper step and Improve the product quality and take back and replace these faulty model from the market so that consumer should not feel trapped to buy the LG product.
