Dear Sir/Madam,
This is inform youn that being a previledged customer of LG india i have faced
many problems. These issues were escalated many a times but no service was availed
to me and i feel like a harrased indiviadual who did a great mistake by
purchasing LG handset. As per your job sheet rules you have mentioned that written
and i qoute, "If this handset is not picked within 15 days of promise date as
mentioned, then ASC shall re-swap the defective PCB inside this handset so as ti
make it in same condition as as it was received."Why do you claim what you cant
achieve??
For your refence i am a customer based at cuttack who purchased a LG RD6100 CDMA
mobile on dt-30.06.2008 but it was faulty on 20.10.2008.

As per your service center who is your organizations voice asked me to first pay
1200 INR otherwise it wouldnt be repaired and he has kept the handset for more
than 6 months. After that i paid 1000 INR to get it repaired and to top of it all
i still havent got my handset back and they were misbehaving & pushed me around. A
complaint has been loged at local consumer court against you as well as i would
like to inform all the local & national newspapers about your service. Is this the
professionalisim of your emapalled service centers? Even after more than 50 visits
to your service outlet there was no remedial process. I will personally and
verbally voice my agonies to the media and show your organizations true service
parameters.
