To filling a case against Airdeccan for ticket refund

I had cacelled one ticket on Airdeccan for me to fly from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad for Rs.2625 on the August. The cancellation Reference. No. given to me for the refund was189057. From August till date (02-Jan), i still havent got back the refund yet. Whenever i approach them they only keep giving me new dates but not the refund. I have aslo written mails to the higher authorities inclduing Vijay Mallya but to no resolution till date. So please file the case and do the needful to me.
