Name is not match at the time online registration

Respected,

I am Chandrashekhar Balwant More, PAN no. is 'AAJFM4294K'. I want to online register on incometax web site for return income tax file online, but I am not able to register cause there are multiple errors like First name, Middle Name & Last name are not matching. So please help me.
