After writing this to lenovo i have no responce from lenovo till date.
lenovo is not giving us replacement for their company made defected laptop.

We have purchased a loptop from lenovo showroom – galaxy it lenovo (chembur Mumbai) bill dated no. 21-january.
With in 2 days we started getting a problem in the laptop, there is some major problem with the laptop and till date we have no utility for product. We have given it for the 4 time to service centre and still they not able to detect the problem nor they are providing us any proper statement and they are not even ready to replace it.
I asked them for the replacement for the product and service centre is saying “we don’t have authority to replace the product”
Even our dialer is saying “ till I get instructions from service centre that laptop can’t be repared I can’t replace the laptop”
The point is Sir, even after 3 months if they are not able to detect the problem in the laptop (that why it is hanging) then I think they should replace it.
Even yesterday 27 –march I have sent it for the 5 th time to service centre.i am still facing the same (hanging problem)
But the problem here is, on one is helping us . every one is giving excuses.and pointing other person.
I don’t know what to do now, I am fadeup of running behind everyone and asking for replacement.
I NEED YOUR HELP…
