Hello, i had booked 1 RED-712 /Trendy chrono watches thro "I SHOP @ rediff.com" and since i stay outside mumbai, i had given the address to deliver to my friends place situated at Dahisar.
The courier delivery boy from the TNT office (Near Sangam Cinema / Andheri East) called my friend on 18th Sept 08 saying that the attempt to deliver the goods with no. "5421418 / DO 847 812 318 WW " was failed with remark of "NH-Not home/ closed".
My questions are:
1.why the delvery failure note was not given to the adressee? 2.How many attempts TNT does before the goods was returned? 3.Why second attempt was not given?
4.Since TNT had not taken any serious measures to deliver, my friend agreed to collect it thro "Self collection".
5.How many days TNT can keep the goods undelivered / because it was collected on 22nd.
6.If the goods is not delivered or mean to say that the collection process is self collection, then what is the point going for rediff shopping?
Anyway this was a very bad experience for me from Rediff and TNT Courier.
